陈道富，毕业于中国人民银行研究生部，现任国务院发展研究中心金融研究所副所长。主要研究领域是货币政策和金融改革。多次作为主要撰稿人参与中财办、国办、全国人大、政协等课题研究，参与十一五、十二五规划研究及各个部委等宏观政策和金融政策的研究、讨论，大部分研究成果已转化为现实政策。发表了《国有银行一揽子改革方案》、《中国流动性报告》、《中国汇率报告》、《外汇储备的战略运用》、《中国金融战略：2020》等100多篇专题报告。

　　Chen Daofu, graduated from the Graduate Department of the People's Bank of China, is currently the Deputy Director General of the Financial Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council. His main research areas include monetary policy and financial reform. He has contributed in multiple researches conducted by the Financial Affairs Office of the People's Republic of China, General Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He also participated in the research and discussion of the 11th Five Year Plan and the 12th Five Year Plan as well as the research and discussion of macro policies and financial policies of various ministries and commissions. Most of his research results have been translated into practical policies. He published more than 100 reports, including the " Reform Package of the State-owned Banks", "China Liquidity Report", "China Exchange Rate Report", "Strategic Use of Foreign Exchange Reserves", and "China Financial Strategy: 2020".■
