叶亭亭女士毕业于新加坡国立大学人文与社会科学（经济学）硕士专业，拥有注册金融风险管理师资格。她现任职与华泰证券（新加坡）首席执行官，负责筹建华泰证券新加坡子公司及全面公司经营和治理工作。叶女士也曾任职与陆金所国际（平安集团联营公司），担任首席运营官，主要负责陆国际的产品战略管理，产品设计，风险管控，平台运营，客户维护，内部管理等各项事务。在加入陆金所之前，曾在摩根大通银行从事亚太区市场风险管理；后在日本大和资本集团（证券）新加坡分公司担任风险管理总经理，负责大和证券在新加坡的三个子公司各条线的风险管理工作（包含投资银行，私人银行，证券和固收交易及销售，衍生品业务等）；之后加入渣打银行和新加坡华侨银行担任集团流动性风险管理主管。她拥有超过18年的金融服务行业的从业和管理经验，对与新加坡的金融市场，监管及各类产品，业务都有着丰富的经验和深刻的理解。■

　　Ms. Ye Tingting is currently serving as the CEO of Huatai Securities (Singapore), a fully owned International subsidiary of Huatai Securities Group (a leading Chinese investment bank/securities firm listed in multi-markets/regions). She is responsible for the establishment of the new entity and manage overall company business operation and corporate governance. Piror to joining Huatai Group, Ms. Ye served as the Chief Operating Officer with Lufax International (associated company of Ping An Group), responsible for Lu International's overall company strategy setup and execution including designing product strategy, risk management, platform operation, customer engagement, internal control. Ms. Ye also worked at various international investment banks including JPMorgan Chase Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Daiwa Securities, in charge of risk management oversight work for various business units (including investment banking, private banking, securities and fixed-income trading and sales, derivatives business, etc.) for Asia pacific region. She has more than 18 years of working and management experience in the financial service industry. Over the years, she has accumulated valuable experiences plus deep understanding of Singapore's financial market, regulation, various financial products, and businesses.■
