Mr. Justin Chen started ALC Capital in 2022 as Founder and Managing Partner. ALC Capital is a pan-Asia private equity fund headquartered in Singapore.

　　Mr. Chen previously served as Senior Vice President of the Strategic Advisory Department and Head of the Strategic Investment Department at Alibaba Group from 2011 to 2022. During his tenure, he was in-charge of strategic investments in various types of companies, including public and private companies, both within China and globally. The portfolio companies he managed covers a wide spectrum of industries in the Alibaba ecosystem including e-commerce, new retail, cloud/high-tech, logistics, local services, healthcare, entertainment, innovation and funds.

　　Prior to that, Mr. Chen worked for SAP, a Fortune 500 high-tech software company, from 1999 to 2011, taking roles including strategic adviser in the office of CEO and industry director. He has more than 25 years of experience in investment, strategy management, strategic market development, and business and financial advisory services.

　　Mr. Chen currently serves as a board member at SingPost and previously held board memberships at other listed companies including Sun Art Retail Group Limited, BEST Inc, and XPeng Inc.

　　陈俊先生于2022年创立ALC资本，是ALC资本的创始人及管理合伙人。ALC资本是一家总部位于新加坡的面向全亚洲的私募股权基金。

　　在创立ALC资本之前，陈俊先生在2011年至2022年期间曾任阿里巴巴集团参谋部资深副总裁，负责阿里巴巴集团向中国和全球的上市或未上市的公司进行战略投资和投后管理，投资组合公司构成的阿里生态产业范围广泛，包括：电商、新零售、云和高科技、物流、本地生活、健康、文娱、创新投资及基金。

　　陈俊先生在加入阿里巴巴集团前，于1999年至2011年间任职于财富500强高科技软件公司SAP，担任CEO办公室战略顾问及行业总监等职。陈俊先生拥有超过25年的投资、战略管理，战略市场开发以及商业和财务咨询等经验。

　　陈俊先生目前是新加坡邮政公司的董事，此前他在多家上市公司担任董事，包括高鑫零售、百世集团和小鹏汽车。■
