何继红于2021年10月加入华住集团有限公司。

　　曾于2019年7月至2021年8月担任凯德集团（SGX: C31）的首席战略官及数据中心首席执行官。在此之前，就职于淡马锡公司，包括于2013年7月至2018年3月相继担任淡马锡国际的总监及执行总经理，以及自2015年6月至2019年6月担任星桥腾飞集团（淡马锡的一家投资公司）的首席战略官及首席投资官。在此之前，何女士曾就职于罗兰贝格国际管理咨询公司（「罗兰贝格」），离职前担任总监和亚洲领导团队成员。在加入罗兰贝格之前，何女士于2002年1月至2005年8月担任法兰克福机场集团全球投资和运营高级经理。于1997年在德国巴斯夫股份公司开启其职业生涯，担任化工产品部的国际产品经理。

Prior to that, she worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants (“Roland Berger”), with the latest position as a principal and a member of the Asia Leadership Team. Before joining Roland Berger, Ms. He worked as a senior manager in global investments & terminal operations at Fraport AG from January 2002 to August 2005. She started her career as a product manager of the global marketing chemicals division at BASF SE in Germany in 1997.
