Seok Hui is Chief Executive Officer of the Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA), a Temasek Trust initiative focused on collaborative philanthropy. PAA aims to catalyse collective action for a better world, and prime Asia as a force for the greater good.

　　Prior to joining Temasek Trust, she was Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). During part of her tenure at SIAC, Seok Hui served concurrently as the first Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC). She is a former member of the Board of SIMC.

　　Over the years, Seok Hui has worked in Singapore and Hong Kong with local and international law firms as a corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities lawyer, and has also served as General Counsel at multinational corporations. She is a graduate of the London School of Economics, qualified as a barrister, and is admitted as a solicitor in Singapore, Hong Kong SAR and England and Wales.

　　林淑慧是慈善亚洲联盟（Philanthropy Asia Alliance，简称PAA）的首席执行官，PAA是淡马锡信托（Temasek Trust）倡议的一个合作慈善项目。PAA旨在激发集体行动，为创造更美好的世界，将亚洲打造成为推动更大利益的力量。

　　在加入淡马锡信托之前，她担任新加坡国际仲裁中心（Singapore International Arbitration Centre，简称SIAC）的首席执行官。在任职SIAC期间，淑慧同时兼任新加坡国际调解中心（Singapore International Mediation Centre，简称SIMC）的首席执行官。她曾担任SIMC董事会成员。

　　多年来，淑慧在新加坡和香港的本地和国际律师事务所工作，从事企业、并购和证券法律工作，并在跨国公司担任过总法律顾问。她毕业于伦敦政治经济学院，是执业大律师，也是新加坡、香港特别行政区和英格兰与威尔士的执业律师。■
