李紀珠博士目前擔任新光銀行副董事長以及國際金融論壇的理事。李博士的工作經歷相當豐富，曾經擔任過內閣部長、立法委員、銀行家及大學教授。
李博士曾任行政院金融監督管理委員會副主任委員、台灣銀行董事長、台灣金融控股公司董事長、新光人壽股份公司副董事長、元富證券股份公司副董事長、立法委員、中華郵政公司董事長、行政院青年輔導員會主任委員、國立政治大學經濟系專任教授、美國哈佛大學及史丹福大學擔任訪問學者，以及北京大學、清華大學客座教授。
她亦曾任中華民國銀行公會理事長、中華民國壽險公會副理事長、台灣證券交易所董事、台灣期貨交易所董事、全球暨台灣玉山科技協會理事長、傅爾布萊特台灣學友會理事長、哈佛大學台灣校友會副會長。
李博士曾獲多項榮譽與肯定，例如行政院一等功績獎章、國立政治大學傑出研究教授獎、美國艾森豪獎（台灣第一位獲獎女性）、美國傅爾布萊特獎、世界十大傑出青年獎、台灣十大傑出青年獎、李國鼎獎章，並曾被知名媒體評鑑為財經立法委員第一名。
此外，其擔任台灣銀行董事長之經營成果，被寫入哈佛大學商學院教學個案，並曾受邀擔任國際傅爾布萊特和平獎評審委員且親自頒獎給得獎人德國總理梅克爾。■
Dr. Lee Jih-Chu currently serves as Vice Chairman of Shin Kong Bank and a board member of the International Finance Forum（IFF). She has extensive work experience, having served as a Cabinet Minister, a Legislator, a Banker, and a tenured University Professor.
Dr. Lee has previously served as Vice Chairman of the Financial Supervisory Commission of the Executive Yuan（Cabinet), Chairman of Bank of Taiwan, Chairman of Taiwan Financial Holdings, Vice Chairman of Shin Kong Life Insurance Co., Vice Chairman of MasterLink Securities Co., Legislator of the Republic of China, Chairman of Chunghwa Post Co., Chairman of the National Youth Commission of the Executive Yuan, tenured professor at the National Chengchi University, Visiting Scholar at Harvard University and Stanford University, and Visiting Professor at Peking University and Tsinghua University.
She has also served as Chairman of the Taiwan Bankers Association, Vice Chairman of the Taiwan Life Insurance Association, a Board Director of the Taiwan Stock Exchange, a Board Director of the Taiwan Futures Exchange, Chairman of the Global & Taiwan Monte Jade Science & Technology Association ( the most influential high-tech Association in Taiwan), Chairman of Fulbright Taiwan Alumni association, and Vice President of the Harvard University Taiwan Alumni Association.
Dr. Lee has received numerous honors and recognitions, including the First Merit Medal from the Executive Yuan, the Distinguished Research Professor Award from National Chengchi University, the Eisenhower Fellowship (the first female recipient in Taiwan), the Fulbright scholarship, the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award of the World ( at Cannes in France), and the Li Kuo-Ting Administration Award. She has also been named by prominent magazines in Taiwan as the Best Legislator in finance and economics.
Her management achievements as Chairman of Bank of Taiwan were documented in a case study by Harvard Business School. She also served as a Panel Judge for the International Fulbright Peace Prize and presented in person the award to German Chancellor Merkel.■
