创建中国中心，主导策划中心的研究方向，建立东西方全球思想家交流、碰撞、融通的平台与机制。主编有《智能与智慧——人工智能遇见中国哲学家》（中文版2020年由中信出版社出版；英文版2021年由Springer出版）、《走出人类世——人与自然和谐共处的哲思》（2021年由中信出版社发行）以及《萃岭》（博古睿研究院发行的年刊）。加入博古睿之前，在高盛中国任职十余年，先后担任法务总监、总经理等高管职位。职业生涯早期，为国际融资、购并执业律师，并从事过学术和政策研究，在行政法、竞争法和比较司法程序法等领域均有著述。

　　Senior Vice President, Berggruen Institute; Director, Berggruen China Center

　　Bing Song is a Senior Vice President of the Berggruen Institute, responsible for the strategic direction and development of programs at the Institute’s China Center. She has been leading projects under the research theme of Frontier Science &Technology and East Asian Philosophies and edited Intelligence and Wisdom: Artificial Intelligence Meets Chinese Philosophers (CITIC Press 2020 and Springer 2021); and Out of Anthropocene: Philosophical Reflections on the Relationship between Humanity and Nature (CITIC Press 2021). She is also the Editor-in-Chief of the annual Chinese language journal Cuilin (萃领), published by the Berggruen Institute.

　　Prior to joining the Berggruen Institute, Ms. Song was a senior executive with Goldman Sachs China for over a decade, having served as General Counsel and General Manager of the China business, and prior to Goldman, an experienced capital markets lawyer for many years. Earlier in her career, Bing undertook academic and policy research and published in the areas of administrative law, competition law, and comparative procedural laws.
