1979年出生。毕业于哈佛大学商学院，硕士学历。曾供职于麦肯锡公司。2009年加入万科，曾任万科企业股份有限公司投融资与营销管理部总经理、浙江万科南都房地产有限公司总经理、北方区域事业集团（BG）首席合伙人、CEO，北京万科企业有限公司首席合伙人。现任集团执行副总裁、首席运营官。

He joined China Vanke Co., Ltd. in 2009 and served as General Manager of the Investment, Financing and Sales Management Department of China Vanke Co., Ltd., General Manager of Zhejiang Vanke Nandu Real Estate Co., Ltd., Chief Partner and Chief Executive Officer of the Northern Regional Business Group, as well as Chief Partner of Beijing Vanke Enterprises Company Limited.
