中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所研究员、副所长，国际金融研究中心副主任。研究领域：世界经济、中美经贸问题、中国宏观经济。已发表论文80余篇，出版著作11部。他的代表作有《全球产业链重构： 中国的选择》、《直面中美贸易冲突》和《中国金融开放报告： 感知政策的温度》。

　　他还担任中国世界经济学会常务理事、中国财政部国际问题专家工作室成员、工业和信息化部专精特新企业评委、国家统计局 "经济学家信心调查"特邀专家、中国金融四十人论坛（CF40）特邀研究员、全国先进制造业集群50人论坛成员。他曾是CIGI（2014）、马德里自治大学（2014）、Bruegel（2013）、一桥大学（2009）和三菱东京UFJ银行国际货币事务研究所（IIMA）（2011）的访问学者。

　　He is also the executive director of the China Society of World Economics, a member of the Expert Workshop on International Issues of the Ministry of Finance of P.R. China, an expert assessor of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, an invited expert of the National Bureau of Statistics' "Economist Confidence Survey", a guest researcher of the China Finance 40 Forum(CF40), and a member of the National Forum of 50 Advanced Manufacturing Clusters. He has been a visiting fellow at CIGI (2014), Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2014), Bruegel (2013), Hitotsubashi University (2009), and the Institute of International Monetary Affairs(IIMA) at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (2011). ■
