谷家卫，Asuka控股股份有限公司总裁兼首席执行官

　　他于1987年加入所罗门兄弟公司，成为该公司在亚洲最年轻的董事总经理，并领导亚洲区交易部门，成为该地区套利交易的先驱之一。

　　随后，他作为创始合伙人之一加入了Tudor资本（日本）公司，并领导了一次管理层收购，成立了Asuka资本管理公司，他担任首席执行官，使其成为日本领先的独立对冲基金。他还与日本政策投资银行建立了私募股权基金——Mercuria。

　　他是日本最早的天使投资人之一，并以联合创始人的身份发起创办了第一家在线保险公司——Lifenet保险公司、第一家机器人顾问公司——Money Design公司和区块链业务孵化器——Longhash日本公司，同时也是几家康乐健身公司的所有者，如Studio yoggy瑜伽馆、Campus for H公司和Discover Japan公司。

　　作为一名风险投资家，他还是East Ventures公司的投资委员会成员，是IDEO的合作伙伴D4V公司的合伙人，也是美国Evolution公司的合伙人。

　　在非政府组织/非营利组织中，他创办了日本第一所国际寄宿学校UWCISAK并担任代表创始人，还担任人权观察组织的副主席、API主任和Endeavor董事会成员。

　　1987年毕业于东京大学，获得法学学士学位。

　　He joined Salomon Brothers in 1987 where he became the youngest managing director in Asia and led the trading division for Asia as one of the pioneers in arbitrage trading in the region.

　　He then joined Tudor Capital (Japan) as one of the founding partners, and led an MBO to found Asuka Asset Management where he is CEO and has made it a leading independent hedge fund in Japan. Also he set up PE Fund ,Mercuria, with DBJ.

　　He is one of first angel investors in Japan and also initiated the launch of Lifenet Insurance Company, the first online insurance company, Money Design Inc.,the first Robo Advisor company , and Longhash Japan, incubator of blockchain business as co-founder and also is a owner of several well-being companies like Studio yoggy, Campus for H Inc. and Discover Japan.

　　Also as a Venture capitalist, he is a investment committee member of East Ventures, and is a partner at D4V with IDEO and a partner at Evolution in U.S..

　　In NGO/NPO,he initiated UWCISAK,the first international boarding school in Japan,and serves as Representative founder and Vice Chair Person of HRW, Director of API and Board member of Endeavor Japan. B.A. in law from the University of Tokyo in 1987.■
