Jay Chen is Co-Founder and CEO at Himension Capital, a Singapore-based fund management company.

　　 Jay is Founder at CVInfo and CVCapital. Since the founding of CVInfo in 2005, the company has grown to become China’s leading business data and information service provider in private capital market. CVCapital is an investment bank that provides mergers & acquisitions as well as private placement advisory services, particularly within new economy sectors. Its geographic coverage include Asia, North America, Europe and the Middle East.

　　 Jay graduated from Stuyvesant High School and Columbia University, both in New York City. He also attended EMBA program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). He previously worked at Bear Stearns, BlackRock and Softbank.
