张楠，现任飞书总裁，负责飞书的战略制定与执行、产品设计、研发及商业化运营。张楠于2014年加入字节跳动，搭建了字节跳动的用户增长体系；2016年，张楠任西瓜视频总裁，带领西瓜视频成为中国最大的PUGC短视频平台，总用户规模超3.5亿。此前，张楠还在豌豆荚担任软件工程师。

　　Mr. Zhang joined ByteDance in 2014. He spearheaded the establishment of the user growth system of ByteDance. Mr. Zhang started serving as the President of Xigua Video in 2016. Prior to joining ByteDance, Mr. Zhang was a software engineer at SnapPea.■
