广州保碧新能源科技有限公司（简称“保碧新能源”）是保利资本和碧桂园创投发起设立的新能源公司，成立于2022年6月，由保利资本作为基金管理人和执行事务合伙人实际管控公司的经营和管理工作，李文轩先生担任公司董事长。

李文轩先生于2015年加入保利资本，担任公司副总经理，负责公司PE股权投资业务，主导地产产业链及前沿科技两个投资板块，深入关注地产产业链、AI智能、建筑科技、工业企服、医疗康养等各个赛道。
李文轩具备丰富的私募基金投资经验及产业背景，在基金设立领域，已累计管理超过人民币100亿元，与好未来教育集团、杭州下城国投、碧桂园创投、杭州拱墅集团等设立复合型投资平台。李文轩先生凭借优秀的投资业绩和表现，获得“中国新一代信息技术领域投资人TOP20”“中国最佳私募股权投资人TOP100”等荣誉。
PCG POWER is a new energy company founded in June 2022 by Poly Capital and Country Garden Venture Capital, with Poly Capital as the fund manager and managing partner and Wenxuan Li as the chairman of the company.
Based on SPIC’s guidelines for customer-side wind and solar energy storage, source-grid-load-storage integration and multi-energy complementary development, PCG POWER focuses on investing in new energy fields such as distributed photovoltaics, energy storage, intelligent distribution network, virtual power plant, energy consumption control of buildings and charging piles.
Li joined Poly Capital since 2015 and took in charge of equity investment business as vice president. He demonstrated commanding influence in two investment sectors within the real estate industry chain and cutting-edge technology. His primary focus encompassed real estate industry chain, artificial intelligence, building technology, industrial enterprise services, medical treatment, healthcare, and various other fields.
Li, leveraging extensive expertise in private equity investment and a strong industrial background, has successfully overseen a cumulative management portfolio exceeding 10 billion RMB. Additionally, Li has played a pivotal role in establishing a comprehensive investment platform alongside prominent partners such as TAL (Tomorrow Advancing Life), Hangzhou Municipal Government Investment Holding Group Company, Country Garden Venture Capital, and Hangzhou Gongshu Group Company.
