马力诺先生目前担任欧洲咨询联盟-安博思中国区首席执行官。欧洲咨询联盟-安博思是意大利最大、最有影响力的智库，集团成立于1965年。

马力诺是一名资深专业人士，协助过众多意大利企业进入中国市场及制定增长战略，以及公司设立、合资企业谈判和经销网络搭建领域拥有超过二十五年的经验。他曾就跨文化管理向数百位外企驻华高管提供建议，并协助中国管理层理解欧洲市场多样性。在担任首席执行官期间，马力诺协助中国企业重新思考其在欧洲的增长战略并推出新产品线。 近年来，他促进安博思与众多中国官方及民间智库合作。安博思与博鳌亚洲论坛合作并成为其在意大利官方合作伙伴。自2017 年以来，他与樊纲教授领衔的深圳综合研究院建立合作，联合举办“一带一路峰会”。

马力诺先生成立了安博思企业家俱乐部|中国分会，该分会旨在为意大利和中国商业领袖之间互信互通建立了专业平台。他同时担任中国意大利商会的理事。

Mattia Marino is China CEO of The European House – Ambrosetti, the largest and most influential Italian think tank established in 1965.

As a Senior Professional with over twenty-five years of experience in providing advice to European enterprises in the entry and growth strategy in China, set up of companies, negotiations of international joint ventures and distributors search. He has advised hundreds of expatriated executives to China on cross-cultural management and prepared Chinese managers to face the European diversity. In the last few years as CEO, Mattia has advised Chinese corporations in the rethinking of their European strategy for their growth and for the launch of new product lines. During his tenure in China Mattia has established partnerships with Chinese national level think-thanks, both private and public and has joined forces the Boao Forum for Asia to become the official partner for Italy of the for the BFA Annual Conference. He has launched as well the Belt and Road Summit in 2017, together with the China Development Institute chaired by Prof Fan Gang.

Mattia is currently chairing the China Chapter of the newly set up Ambrosetti Club | China Chapter, that aims to become the leading private networking and professional updating platform between Italy and China and seats in the Board of China Italy Chamber of Commerce.

He speaks Italian, English and Chinese.
