闫萌担任蚂蚁集团ESG可持续发展办公室全球负责人，牵头ESG战略规划与执行，推进战略落地及对外合作。在普惠发展与国际金融领域拥有20年丰富经验，兼具国际视野和中国经验。曾担任世界银行集团国际金融公司首席投资官员、蚂蚁集团国际组织合作资深总监等。对发展性使命充满热忱，曾担任“联合国数字金融促进可持续发展目标小组”联席人、联合国环境署发起的“数字绿色金融联盟”董事，促进公共部门与企业及社会组织在普惠、绿色、可持续发展领域的创新合作。闫萌毕业于中央财经大学，获得国际金融本科与硕士学位。

As Global Head of ESG & Sustainability at Ant Group, Ms. Yan leads the development and execution of Ant Group’s ESG strategy, making sustainability an integral part of Ant Group’s development.

Over the past 20 years, Ms. Yan has accumulated global exposure and solid experience in inclusive finance and sustainable development. Prior to joining Ant Group, she had dedicated 13 years to the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group where she served as Principal Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager. Since joining Ant Group in 2019, as the Global Head of International Partnerships, she has led partnership engagement and advanced public-private collaboration to promote inclusive and green development. As the Sherpa for the UN Digital Financing for SDGs Taskforce and as a Board Director of the Green Digital Finance, she has engaged in global policy dialogues on SDGs, and shared fintech practitioner’s insights.

Ms. Yan received her B.A. and M.A. in international finance from Central University of Finance and Economics.
