刘福寿先生现任银保监会首席风险官，他于2018年至2021年担任银保监会首席律师；2008年至2018年，先后担任原银监会法规部主任，广东监管局党委书记、局长，大型银行部副主任。此前曾任中国人民银行办公厅副主任、天津市政府副秘书长、国际货币基金组织中国执董高级顾问。 他毕业于华东政法学院，并获得中欧国际工商学院工商管理硕士、西南财经大学经济学博士学位，先后在美国科罗拉多大学、波士顿大学、哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院访学。■

　　Mr. Liu Fushou is the Chief Risk Officer of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC). He was the Chief Counsel of CBIRC from 2018 to 2021. He had taken various positions at the Chinese banking regulatory authority successively from 2008 to 2018, namely the Deputy Director-General of the Large Commercial Bank Supervision Department, Secretary of Party Committee and Director-General of the CBRC Guangdong Office, Director-General of the Law and Regulation Department. Before joining the banking regulator, he served as the Deputy Director-General of the General Office of People’s Bank of China; Deputy Secretary-General of Tianjin Municipal Government; Senior Advisor to the China Director of the Executive Board of International Monetary Fund. Mr. Liu graduated from the East China University of Political Science and Law. He also received an MBA degree from the China Europe International Business School and his PhD in economics from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He was also a visiting scholar at the University of Colorado, Boston University, and Harvard Kennedy School.■
