  新浪刚史现任三得利控股集团首席执行官。作为一家全球领先的消费品公司,三得利集团的业务遍及美洲、欧洲、亚洲和大洋洲。新浪刚史2014年加入三得利,此前担任罗森株式会社的首席执行官,在任期间,他帮助罗森连续12年实现利润增长,市值翻了两番,使其一跃成长为亚洲主要的便利店运营商之一。

  在三得利集团外部,新浪刚史还是日本全世代型社会保障改革委员会委员,并且,自2014年加入日本政府经济和财政政策委员会以来,先后担任安倍晋三和菅义伟两任首相的高级经济顾问。他目前还担任日本经济团体联合会审议会副议长,日本企业高管协会副主席。与此同时,新浪刚史分别在亚洲商业理事会和美日理事会任副主席,是多家组织机构的成员,其中包括:国际商会执行董事会、世界经济论坛国际商业协会、世界经济论坛第四次工业革命中心顾问委员会、美国外交关系委员会全球顾问委员会和美国工商理事会。

  新浪刚史毕业于哈佛大学商学院,获得工商管理硕士学位。

  Chief Executive Officer, Suntory Holdings

  Tak Niinami is the Chief Executive Officer of Suntory Holdings, one of the world's leading consumer products companies with operations throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and Oceania. Prior to joining Suntory in 2014, Tak served as CEO of Lawson, Inc., which he grew into one of Asia’s major convenience store operators, posting profit growth for 12 consecutive years and quadrupling its market capitalization during his tenure.

  Outside of Suntory, Tak is a member of the Council on Social Security Reform for All Generations and has served on the Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy as senior economic advisor to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga since 2014. He is also Vice Chair of the Board of Councillors of Keidanren – Japan Business Foundation, and Vice Chairman of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives. Tak is also Vice Chair of the Asia Business Council and the U.S.-Japan Council, a member of the International Chamber of Commerce’s Executive Board, the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council, the Advisory Board of the World Economic Forum Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Global Board of Advisors of the Council on Foreign Relations, and The Business Council in the US.

  Tak received his MBA from Harvard Business School.■
