在中国社会科学院从事研究工作16年，先后在工业经济研究所、科研局和财贸经济研究所工作，历任副研究员、研究员和教授，担任过工业经济研究所工业发展研究室主任，财贸经济研究所所长。近些年主要研究数字经济、宏观经济、国际经济、公共管理与政策等问题。研究成果多次获奖，包括四次孙冶方经济科学奖及第五届中国经济理论创新奖。在政府机构工作14年。先后担任国务院研究室副主任，国务院副秘书长。现任全国人大常委，全国人大社会建设委员会副主任委员，中国行政管理学会会长,中国社科院大学教授、博导。

　　Jiang xiaojuan has a PhD in economics. She has been engaged in research work in The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for 16 years. She has worked successively in the Institute of Industrial Economics, The Bureau of Scientific Research and the Institute of Finance and Trade Economics as associate researcher, researcher and professor, and served as the director of the Research Division of Industrial Development and the Director of the Institute of Finance and Trade Economics. In recent years, her research interests include digital economy, macroeconomics, international economy, public administration and policy. Her research achievements have won many awards, including four times of Sun Yefang Economic Science Award and the Fifth China Economic Theory Innovation Award. She has worked in government agencies for 14 years and successively served as deputy Director of Research Office of the State Council and deputy Secretary-General of the State Council. Currently, she is Member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Vice Chairperson of the Social Construction Committee of the National People's Congress, President of Chinese Public Administration Society (CPAS), Professor and Doctoral supervisor of University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.■
