盛松成，教授、研究员、博士生导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，第十一届全国人大代表。现任中欧国际工商学院经济学与金融学教授,中国首席经济学家论坛研究院院长，上海财经大学教授、博士生导师，清华大学五道口金融学院博士生导师。曾任中国人民银行调查统计司司长、中国人民银行沈阳分行行长，中国人民银行参事、上海市人民政府参事等职务。主要研究方向为货币金融理论与宏观经济调控。多年来，先后在《中国社会科学》《经济研究》《金融研究》《中国金融》和《Frontiers of Economics in China》《China Economic Transition》等重要刊物发表专业论文100余篇，出版多部著作,并在社会融资规模指标的研究、编制和推广中作出突出贡献。获浦山政策研究奖等一系列奖项。

　　Dr. Sheng Songcheng is Adjunct Professor of Economics and Finance at CEIBS. He has been granted Special Government Allowances of the State Council since 1999 and was a deputy of the 11th National People's Congress. He is right now President of China Chief Economist Forum, professor and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and doctoral supervisor of the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University. Prof. Sheng has served a wide range of positions within the central bank, for instance, Director General of the Financial Survey and Statistics Department at the People’s Bank of China (PBoC), President of People’s Bank of China in Shenyang branch, etc. He also once served as a counselor to the PBoC and Shanghai Municipal Government.

　　Prof. Sheng Songcheng’s research interests mainly include Monetary Economics, Monetary Theory and Policy, and Macroeconomic Analysis. He made outstanding contribution in the research of aggregate financing to the real economy, capital account opening-up, interest rate liberalization, as well as financial transformation and development. He has also made great contributions to the research, compilation and promotion of the Aggregate Finance to the Real Economy (AFRE), one of the key indicators of the financial macro-regulation of China. Dr. Sheng is the author of several hot-sale books and he has published nearly one hundred of papers in the leading field journals including Social Sciences in China, Economic Research Journal, Journal of Financial Research, China Finance, Frontiers of Economics in China and China Economic Transition.
