北京索为系统技术股份有限公司董事长，中国工业APP联盟副理事长兼秘书长。他是中国数字研发的先行者和开拓者。从2006年起，他带领索为自主创新研发了SYSWARE ——“工业软件操作系统”平台，并广泛应用于航空、航天、兵器、核工业等国内十大军工集团企业。

　　李义章率先提出了“工业技术软件化”，被列入工信部十三·五规划专栏工程；2018年，他参与了工信部《工业互联网APP培育工程实施方案》的起草工作。李义章著有《工业APP开启数字工业时代》。

　　目前，索为正在推动百万工业APP工程计划，致力于将该技术从高端装备制造业推向更广泛的工业制造业，为中国数字工业提供了全新的发展方向。索为已获得国家军民融合产业投资基金领投，并正在部署国内上市之路。

　　Mr. Li Yizhang, the Chairman of Beijing Sysware Technology Co., Ltd., is the Vice President and Secretary General of IIAPP (China Alliance of Industrial Technology Implemented Software).

　　Mr. Li is a pioneer and trailblazer in digital R&D of industrial technologies. Since 2006, he has been leading a seasoned team of experts independently to innovate and develop SYSWARE, a platform of industrial software operating system, and to devote their expertise and innovation to the transformation of China’s top 10 national defense companies in aviation, aerospace, weapons, nuclear industry and etc.

　　Mr. Li Yizhang initiated a program of Digitalization and Softwarization of Industrial Technologies，which featured in the 13th Five-Year Plan’s Column Project of MIIT. He participated in the drafting of the cultivation of industrial Internet APP project implementation plan initiated by MIIT. He is also the author of "Industrial APP, Key to a New Era of Digitalized Industries.

　　At present, Sysware is promoting the Million Industrial APP Project and is committed to rolling out the technology from high-end equipment manufacturing industry to a wider range of industries that will set the path for digitalized industries in China. Sysware has secured funding from the National Military and Civilian Integration Industry Investment Fund, and is planning to go public in China.■
